# Read and copy code snippets more easily in conversations

By Steven Van · 2026-09-15

Intercom's Messenger and Inbox now show code in a scrollable, syntax-highlighted block with line numbers and a copy button.

Code shared in [Intercom](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/intercom>) conversations now renders in its own scrollable block, with syntax highlighting, line numbers and a one-click copy button. Longer snippets can be opened in a [full-screen view](<https://www.intercom.com/changes>) for easier reading.
