# Import your schedule from a spreadsheet

Workforce Management now takes a CSV of up to 200 events across teammates, activity types and time zones, and syncs them to Google Calendar.

Workforce Management in [Intercom](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/intercom>) now accepts schedules from a spreadsheet. Teams that plan shifts in a spreadsheet previously had to add each activity by hand. According to the [Intercom changelog](<https://www.intercom.com/changes>), a single CSV upload can now bring in up to 200 events.

## What the import covers

- Up to **200 events** per upload

- Any mix of teammates, activity types, and time zones in the same file

## Calendar sync

Imported events sync to connected Google Calendars.
