# Flexible Snooze Options

Admins can build snooze option lists per team in the Inbox, and teams without a list of their own fall back to the default.

Intercom admins can now define their own snooze options, such as "In 2 hours" or "Friday at 5pm", instead of relying on a fixed set. [Intercom](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/intercom>) [lists the change](<https://www.intercom.com/changes>) as a new Inbox feature.

## Lists and team assignment

Admins can group the custom options into lists and choose which teams use each list. This lets different teams see different snooze choices.

## What teammates see

Teammates see the snooze options for the conversation's assigned team. If that team has no list of its own, they see the default list.
