# Export a saved View exactly as you see it

By Steven Van · 2026-09-10

Exports keep the View's columns, sort order and conversation links, downloading instantly up to 25,000 cells or by email above that.

[Intercom](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/intercom>) now lets teammates export a saved Inbox View to CSV exactly as it appears on screen, instead of rebuilding its filters in a report or copying rows by hand. The export is a point-in-time snapshot of what matches right now, not a report over a date range, and it keeps the same columns and sort order as the View, plus a link back to every conversation for slicing in a spreadsheet, sharing with a team, or acting on directly in Intercom.

Exports up to 25,000 cells download immediately; larger ones arrive by email. Open a saved View in the Inbox and select **Export as CSV**.
