# HyperFrames Studio now lets you edit videos from the script

By Steven Van · 2026-10-23

Script based editing in HyperFrames Studio cuts long-form and scripted videos from the transcript, removes pauses and ums, and adds motion graphics on any word.

[HyperFrames Studio](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/hyperframes-studio>) now has script based editing, HyperFrames announced on October 23. Instead of cutting clips on a timeline, you edit long-form and scripted videos by working on the script itself.

## How it works

Your recording is laid out as its script. Change the text and the video follows, which suits talking-head videos, tutorials and explainers where the words drive the edit.

Auto speech cleanup takes out pauses and filler words such as “um” for you, so a rough take can be tightened without hunting for each gap by hand.

Because the edit happens in text, the same workflow suits long recordings such as podcasts, courses and webinars, where scrubbing through a timeline to find one sentence is the slowest part of the job. Cuts made in the script carry straight through to the video.

Motion graphics hang off the script too. Click any word and ask for a motion graphic, and HyperFrames builds one that lands at that exact moment in the video.

## Why it matters

Text-based editing has become common for trimming speech, but tying generated motion graphics to individual words is a newer step. It turns a script into the main editing surface for both the cut and the visuals, which could save a lot of keyframing on explainer and social videos.

The announcement drew one of the biggest responses of the day on X, with close to 400,000 views and more than 500 replies within a few hours.

## Availability

HyperFrames says script based editing is live now in HyperFrames Studio. The post does not mention plan limits or pricing for the feature.
