HyperFrames v0.8.66 changes how [HyperFrames](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/resources/hyperframes>) renders sub-compositions written as bare HTML fragments, along with three other fixes in this [release](<https://hyperframes.heygen.com/changelog#hyper-frames-v0-8-66>).

- Parsers: bare fragment sub-compositions now render without extra html or body wrapper tags being added.

- A stalled remote asset download no longer hangs a Cloud Run render.

- Studio: the manual-edit loop stops running while the preview is paused, cutting unnecessary work.

- Catalog artifacts are now generated through a standing publish PR.
