# HyperFrames v0.8.216

By Steven Van · 2026-10-29

The release restores v0.8.215's changes, fixes iPhone Safari audio and multi-worker frame placement, and adds CLI and Lambda fixes.

HyperFrames v0.8.216 carries every change from v0.8.215, which never reached npm. In [HyperFrames](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/resources/hyperframes>), iPhone Safari now keeps every take's sound, multi-worker renders place each frame correctly, and encoding runs faster, according to the [release](<https://github.com/heygen-com/hyperframes/commit/2c3d1e07fe63d4a2d67d63a3e29d4ad73e291d8e>).

## Features

- **Telemetry:** signed-in CLI users are identified by their HyperFrames user id, and the CLI now says that signed-in usage is not anonymous.

- **Producer:** reports which element set the film length.

## Fixes

- **Player:** iPhone Safari keeps every take's sound after the first seconds of an edit.

- **Core:** a multi-worker or chunked render lands every frame where an in-order render does.

- **AWS Lambda:** the release ffmpeg build falls back to verified mirrors when a source host is down.

- **CLI:** a failed render names its failure code for the Desktop app.

- **CLI:** a snapshot still shows what playback shows, whatever other times are asked for.

- **CLI:** the lint summary points at hyperframes lint, not a flag only render takes.

- **CLI:** an unknown command such as search says which command does that.

- **CLI:** check says how many browser-playable copies are done while it makes them.

- **CI:** the skills sync steps past the five hidden ClawHub versions that were blocking it.

## Media-treatment lookup

The linked commit changes how media-treatment finds an area. It now accepts the names its overview prints, so "Adjust" and "adjust" resolve to the correction area, and "Color Grading" resolves to grading. Names that match nothing, such as "adjustments", still return an unknown-capability error that lists the available areas.
