# HyperFrames v0.8.191

By Steven Van · 2026-10-24

HyperFrames keeps deleted layers hidden, skips scripts that throw instead of refusing the render, and adds a Studio motion blur panel.

A deleted layer that a script still looks up now stays hidden in [HyperFrames](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/resources/hyperframes>) instead of coming back. A script that throws no longer blocks a render. The changes are in [v0.8.191](<https://github.com/heygen-com/hyperframes/commit/fb8aadad1713309be1ba8c2e3d65d37e892b2af4>), along with CLI documentation updates.

## Rendering and preview

- A composition whose script throws is skipped with a warning, not refused (Engine).

- Preview fetches only the clips due next and drops passed clips that are still downloading, which helps on slow links (Core).

- A hidden child of a mover stays out of the blur trail (Core).

- A small drawElement frame is redrawn before the serial capture fails (Engine).

## Deleted layers

A stored delete that a script still looks up is hidden. A kept delete also drops its media sources, and a hidden video is not waited for (Sdk).

## Studio and CLI

- Studio has a motion blur panel with Off, Subtle and Strong settings.

- Audio clips in the Studio timeline share the video clip corner radius.

- check writes a progress line to stderr for each sample, overlap batch and craft frame.

- Rendering flags are excluded from tween tail warnings.

- Snapshot waits for the image layers a seek reveals before capturing.

## CLI docs clarified

The linked commit applies review notes to the CLI documentation for open, timeline and history:

- The desktop hand-off in open works on macOS only for now. On Windows and Linux, open always exits 1 and prints the download link.

- timeline apply --plan prints only a count (planned 1 file). Adding --json returns the result and diff.

- history undo --who name with no ref reverts whatever is still in effect from that name's last turn, or its newest entry if it never used begin. If nothing from that turn is still in effect, it refuses instead of undoing an older turn.
