Apps embedding Studio can now place the Layers panel in their own layout, with saving and undo support for layer reordering.

Apps that embed [HyperFrames](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/resources/hyperframes>) Studio can now place the Layers panel in their own layout, outside Studio.

Layer reordering in the panel supports saving and undo, as detailed in the [v0.8.130 release notes](<https://hyperframes.heygen.com/changelog#hyper-frames-v0-8-130>).
