# HyperFrames v0.8.102

By Steven Van · 2026-10-01

Studio hosts get the canvas menu's z-order through useDomEditZOrder, and moving a fade-only layer no longer gives GSAP an element it doesn't position.

Host apps embedding [HyperFrames](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/resources/hyperframes>) Studio can now change layer order the same way Studio's canvas menu does. The release exposes the canvas menu's z-order through useDomEditZOrder.

It also fixes the properties panel, which no longer hands GSAP an element it does not position when a layer that only fades is moved. The details are in the [v0.8.102 changelog](<https://hyperframes.heygen.com/changelog#hyper-frames-v0-8-102>).
