# Seedance generation failures resolved

Credits for failed generations were refunded automatically, so affected users can retry at no extra cost.

A provider-side issue caused failed and slow Seedance generations on [Higgsfield](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/higgsfield>), mostly affecting 2.0, 2.0 Mini, 2.0 Fast, and 2.5 Draft Mode.

All models are running normally again, according to the [October 3 update](<https://higgsfield.ai/creator-hub/changelog#seedance-generation-failures-resolved-october-2026>). Credits for failed generations were refunded automatically, so affected users can run them again at no extra cost.
