# Higgsfield Supercomputer's chat mode is now free

Brainstorming, scripting and planning no longer use credits; only rendering a video or image does.

The language model inside [Higgsfield](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/higgsfield>) Supercomputer is now free to use for brainstorming, prompt writing, scripting, research, and project planning, with no credits required. Credits are only charged once a video or image is actually generated.

The change means creators can plan and draft in Supercomputer without touching their credit balance, and only pay when they render output. [Higgsfield announced the update](<https://x.com/i/status/2078191161341292949>) on 17 July 2026.
