# HeyGen agents can now build custom avatars themselves

Skills lets an AI agent generate an avatar from a description or photo and reuse it in every video it makes after.

[HeyGen](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/heygen>) has added Skills, a way for an AI agent to create a custom avatar on its own: describe the avatar or paste in a photo, and the agent builds it and saves it for reuse in every video it makes afterward.
