# HeyGen for Real Estate and Edit Look

By Steven Van · 2026-09-09

HeyGen adds a real-estate video workflow and Edit Look, which updates an avatar's appearance once for all future videos.

[HeyGen](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/heygen>) has added a workflow built for real estate agents, along with a tool called Edit Look that updates an avatar's appearance once for every video made from it afterward.

- The [real-estate workflow](<https://x.com/i/status/2097715532569231517>) turns an agent's own expertise into market updates, listing videos, and neighborhood tours without anyone filming.

- Edit Look retouches an existing avatar, and the new look then carries over to all future videos made from that avatar.
