# Granola's slash-command templates now work mid-meeting too

By Steven Van · 2026-08-17

Typing "/" inside a Granola note applies a template before, during, or after a meeting, useful for recurring calls like 1:1s.

Granola's slash-command templates now work inside [Granola](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/apps/granola>) notes as well as before meetings. Typing **/** in a note and picking a template applies it whether the meeting hasn't started yet or is already in progress, and the formatting holds even after the note has been enhanced. Useful for recurring meetings like 1:1s, sales calls, or user calls, where a consistent structure helps.
