# Google Meet next steps draft follow-ups and Tasks

The feature is available on Business and Enterprise Standard and Plus plans, and on Google AI Pro for Education.

[Google Meet](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/google-meet>) next steps can now draft a Gmail follow-up or send action items to Tasks after a call that has Gemini notes. Gemini and Workspace Studio handle the drafting and the export, according to [Google's post](<https://x.com/GoogleWorkspace/status/2115127134737875380>) on 27 October.

## What next steps do

Once a Meet call has been noted, next steps can draft a follow-up email in Gmail. They can also export the action items from the call to Tasks.

## Availability

Google's Workspace blog dates the feature to 12 October, with rollout starting on 5 October. It is available on Business Standard and Plus, Enterprise Standard and Plus, and Google AI Pro for Education.
