# Search gammas and templates

Two new Gamma API endpoints search gammas by title and body text and find templates, and the MCP server gets a search\_gammas tool.

Gamma's API now has two search endpoints. GET /gammas/search runs a full-text search over the titles and body text of gammas the caller can access.

## Template search

GET /templates/search returns two kinds of template in one request. Workspace templates can be used as gammaId for POST /generations/from-template. Official Explore templates can be used as templateId for POST /agent/generations.

## MCP server

The MCP server gained a search\_gammas tool.
