# Framer's AI now runs on Claude Sonnet 5

Framer says the switch from Sonnet 4.6 lifted accuracy from 72% to 90% while using 0.6x the credits of GPT 5.5.

**Claude Sonnet 5** is now the model behind [Framer](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/framer>)'s AI, replacing Sonnet 4.6 for layout, visual direction, and editing alongside the designer. In Framer's own evals, accuracy went from 72% to 90%, while using 0.6x the credits of GPT 5.5.
