# Framer's CMS gets inline editing and bulk actions

By Steven Van · 2026-04-21

The 3.0 update adds table view inline editing, folders, resizable columns and improved filtering and search.

Framer has redesigned the [CMS](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/framer>) to make working with large collections faster. The table view now supports inline editing across all cells, so statuses, toggles, references, images, icons and colors can be changed in place without opening an overlay. Multi-cell selection, bulk actions, and copy and paste are supported, and keyboard navigation has been rebuilt.

- Columns can be resized and reordered

- Collections can be organized into folders

- New filtering and search across the table view, with search combining with active filters

- Fields have moved to a dedicated panel with more space to manage them

The [update](<https://www.framer.com/updates/cms-3.0>) also fixes slow bulk editing across multiple fields, inconsistencies in editing media fields, and slow removal of fields that are in use.
