# Flora's inpainting can now reference any canvas image

By Steven Van · 2026-06-21

Typing @ lets the model paint using another image on the canvas instead of a text description, for consistent products, characters or styles.

Inpainting in [Flora](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/flora-ai>) can now pull a reference from any image already on the canvas. Typing @ and picking an image lets the model paint using that image as a reference, instead of relying on a text description of the look.

This makes it easier to keep a product, character or style consistent across edits, changing only the part of the image that needs to change. The [announcement](<https://x.com/i/status/2067344115722080257>) was posted on 21 June 2026.
