# Figma's MCP server now diagrams and writes to FigJam

A new generate\_diagram tool builds architecture and ER diagrams, and a figma-use-figjam skill lets coding agents add notes and code blocks to a board.

Figma has updated its [MCP server](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/figma>) to add tools for FigJam. A new **generate\_diagram** tool creates architecture diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams directly on the board, and a new **figma-use-figjam** skill lets coding agents add notes and code blocks to a FigJam board.
