ElevenLabs' text to speech API now marks exact turn boundaries in MP3 and Opus output, not just PCM.

ElevenLabs' [text to speech](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/elevenlabs>) API now emits the is\_final\_audio\_for\_turn marker after every buffered byte for a turn, including MP3 and Opus output. Previously this exact turn boundary was tied to PCM output; developers building multi-context streaming apps can now get a precise end-of-turn signal without switching audio formats.
