[ElevenLabs](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/elevenlabs>) has added a lightweight summary endpoint for ElevenAgents conversations. The new [Get conversation summary](<https://elevenlabs.io/docs/changelog/2026/8/17#elevenagents>) call returns the generated title, transcript summary, call outcome, and plain user or agent messages, without loading the full transcript.

An optional **max\_messages** parameter (1 to 200, default 40) limits how many messages come back; conversations longer than that set **messages\_omitted** to true. It's meant for agents that need to preserve context from a conversation without pulling the entire history.
