# Drafted adds a remix button for existing home layouts

By Steven Van · 2026-05-04

Pick a layout you like and generate a variation instead of starting from a blank prompt, still exportable as free PDF or CAD.

Drafted added a "remix" feature: pick a home layout you like, use it as a starting point, and generate a variation on it rather than starting from a blank prompt. [Drafted](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/drafted>) still exports the result as a free PDF or CAD file. See the [announcement](<https://x.com/i/status/2050621927325303089>).
