# SDK releases: Deepgram Python SDK v7.9.0, JavaScript SDK v5.11.0

By Steven Van · 2026-09-14

Both releases add Voice Agent force-end-turn support, Flux TTS expressivity controls, and a wider TTS speed range.

Deepgram's [Deepgram](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/deepgram>) Python SDK reaches [v7.9.0](<https://github.com/deepgram/deepgram-python-sdk/releases/tag/v7.9.0>), and the JavaScript SDK reaches v5.11.0. Both add a way to end a Voice Agent's turn early and finer control over Flux text-to-speech.

- Both SDKs add a method to end a turn early during a Voice Agent session: send\_force\_end\_turn() in Python, for sessions using a Deepgram V2 Flux STT listen provider, and socket.sendForceEndTurn() in JavaScript.

- Both add integer Agent Flux TTS expressivity settings from -2 through 2.

- Flux TTS speed now accepts 0.5 through 1.5 in 0.05 increments, up from the previously documented 0.85 through 1.15.

- The Python SDK removes the unsupported aura-2-perseo-it model from its Speak V1 model literals, since the API never served it and returned a 400 error for it. The JavaScript SDK keeps its old SpeakV2Speed and Aura2PerseoIt constants as deprecated aliases for source compatibility.
