# Claude Console adds prompt cache diagnostics

The console now shows which part of a prompt changed on a cache miss and how many tokens it cost.

Prompt cache diagnostics are now available in Claude Console. When a request misses the cache, the console shows which part of the prompt changed and how many tokens the miss cost.
