Claude Code 2.1.268 fixes two bugs that affected everyday use and adds a set of new controls for teams running a Claude apps gateway. - Fixed every turn failing with an HTTP 400 error on third-party Anthropic-compatible endpoints (set via ANTHROPIC\_BASE\_URL) since version 2.1.265, caused by a regex in the Artifact tool's input schema that those endpoints reject. - Fixed WebFetch hanging indefinitely on a server. - Published artifacts now get a browser-tab icon, chosen by Claude to match each page. - The plugin install, uninstall, update, enable and disable commands now support a **--json** flag, and rows from plugin list --json include errorDetails and noteDetails. - claude auth status --json now includes a configDirectory field. - Gateway admins can set pricing in gateway.yaml so signed-in [Claude Code]() clients see matching rates in /cost and telemetry, allow logins from an organization's own public IPv4 block via the new gatewayInternalNetworks setting, and get a startup warning when access\_control.allow\_cidrs is empty, plus a one-time warning the first time a request arrives from a public address. - claude self-hosted-runner gained a **--remove-session-state** flag, off by default, that deletes each session's per-session directories when the session ends.
