The [release]() also covers several smaller additions and fixes. - /cost and the status line's prompt\_cache field now show a likely cause when a prompt-cache miss happens, such as a changed tool definition or system prompt, or sitting idle past the cache TTL. - /reload-plugins is now available in headless sessions, and appears in the Claude Code Desktop and SDK command lists. - A text form of /advisor (/advisor, /advisor <arg>, /advisor off) now works in the desktop app, Remote Control, and other headless (-p/Agent SDK) sessions. - The Claude apps gateway adds oidc.scope\_on\_refresh, for identity providers that only return an id\_token on refresh when asked for openid again. - The Claude apps gateway also supports newer Claude Desktop policy keys, including userPluginMarketplacesEnabled and userPluginUploadsEnabled. - Fixed a bug where Edit/Write/Read permission rules with parentheses in the path were dropped as invalid or ignored by the Bash sandbox, which left folders meant to be read-only writable. - Fixed a file permission rule with an uncompilable pattern, such as an unclosed \[, that caused every file edit to fail with an "Invalid regular expression" error.
