# Claude Cowork expands beyond desktop to mobile and web

The beta lets tasks keep running after the laptop closes, starting with Max plan subscribers before wider rollout.

Anthropic is bringing [Claude](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/claude>) Cowork to mobile and web, letting a task started on desktop keep running after the laptop closes, with the finished work available from a phone. The [beta](<https://x.com/i/status/2074525815820169320>) rolls out over the coming weeks, starting on the Max plan, with more plans to follow.
