It follows the system language, or you choose one in Settings, and it switches without a restart. Turbo Export is a toggle on the export page that uses every core so MP4 exports finish 2 to 2.8 times faster. Focus Mode, on macOS and Windows, records a single window even when other windows cover it, and follows that window if it moves. The X post says shareable links are 89 percent faster, with 110 performance improvements and 98 bug fixes from 35 contributors. The changelog instead says Instant-link uploads finish about 40 percent sooner, and that the release includes more than 200 fixes and improvements.
