# Your Superagent reads pages instead of sending screenshots

By Steven Van · 2026-09-05

In channels such as WhatsApp, browsing requests now return answers from page content, with screenshots reserved for visual questions.

Web browsing answers from [Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>)’s Superagent now draw on the page’s content, giving channels such as WhatsApp an answer rather than a stream of images.

## Screenshots for visual requests

The Superagent sends a screenshot only when the request concerns how something looks, according to the [September 5 announcement](<https://docs.base44.com/changelog/product#september-5-2026>).
