# Present your slides from the app editor

By Steven Van · 2026-10-14

The Present button opens a Base44 presentation full screen from the slide you are on, with keyboard or clicker control and no publishing step.

A **Present** button in the [Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>) app editor now shows a presentation full screen, so it can be run without publishing it first.

## How presenting works

The presentation starts on the slide currently open in the editor. Slides can be advanced with the keyboard or a presentation clicker.

The change was listed in the [Base44 product changelog](<https://docs.base44.com/changelog/product#october-14-2026>) for October 14, 2026, which points to a "Presenting from the editor" page in the docs for more detail.
