# GPT 6 Astra in the AI chat and Superagent

OpenAI's most capable model reaches Base44's AI chat and Superagent, using more credits per request, as model pickers switch to grouping by maker.

[Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>) has added GPT 6 Astra, OpenAI's newest model, as an option in the AI chat and for Superagent, according to a [changelog update](<https://docs.base44.com/changelog/product#september-4-2026>). Astra is suited to the hardest reasoning and the most demanding builds, and it uses more credits for each request than other models. Both model pickers now group their options by the company that makes them.
