# Give access to a private app at sign-in

By Steven Van · 2026-08-27

Available for admins and owners on the Enterprise plan.

[Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>) now lets Enterprise admins and owners [grant access to a private app automatically on SSO sign-in](<https://docs.base44.com/changelog/product#august-27-2026>), so anyone who authenticates through the workspace's identity provider gets in without waiting for an invite.

The setting is off by default. Admins set a workspace-level default, then override it on any individual app with on, off, or inherit, so some apps can stay invite-only while others open up. It only works on apps set to **Private**, and the workspace needs SSO configured.
