# Finish connecting a Telegram bot that took a different name

By Steven Van · 2026-09-10

Base44 fixes Telegram bot setup for Superagents when a suggested bot username is already taken.

If the Telegram username your Superagent suggested for a bot was already taken, connecting it now finishes with a Finish connecting link that binds to the bot Telegram actually created. When more than one of your bots can be connected, Telegram now asks which one you mean.
