Base44 now auto-declares EU campaigns its check reads as clearly non-political, at both launch and retarget.

Base44's campaign wizard now runs a political-intent check on every campaign that reaches the EU audience, at launch and again at retarget. A campaign the check reads as clearly non-political gets declared automatically; anything political or unclear still routes to the declaration form as before.
