By Steven Van · 2026-08-01

The fix clears an "automatic registration" error that had blocked connecting an app's MCP server from either client.

[Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>) has fixed a bug that broke MCP server registration when connecting through the Gemini web app or Google Antigravity. The connection previously failed with an "automatic registration" error, according to the [changelog](<https://docs.base44.com/changelog/product#august-1-2026>); it no longer does.
