# Claude Haiku 5.5, and a shorter model list

Haiku 5.5 joins the AI chat picker, and Builder plans or above can choose models, while less-used ones move under More models.

Claude Haiku 5.5 is now in [Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>)'s AI chat model picker. Choosing a model yourself needs a **Builder** plan or above.

Base44 also [shortened the model list](<https://docs.base44.com/changelog/product#october-14-2026>). Models people reach for less often have moved under **More models**, so the list shown first stays short.
