# Better outbound calls from your Superagent

Base44's Superagent can now navigate phone menus by pressing keys and opens calls with a brief introduction.

Base44's [Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>) Superagent can now handle two rough edges in outbound calls:

- It can press keys during a call, so it can get past a "press 1 for sales" menu and continue the same call instead of getting stuck.

- Calls now open with a short introduction of who the agent is calling for, then ask one question at a time and respond to what the other person actually says.
