# Base44 loads noticeably faster

Base44 trimmed the code it loads on startup, cutting editor load time most on a cold start.

[Base44](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/base44>) now loads far less code up front when opening the editor, so it starts sooner, particularly on a cold load, according to the [changelog entry](<https://docs.base44.com/changelog/product#august-1-2026>).
