## What changed in Final Cut

Final Cut Pro for Mac includes MotionVFX templates, graphics, titles, transitions, rotoscoping, tracking, and color grading. Content Hub adds stock video. A timeline still can open in Pixelmator Pro and save back. You can generate an image from text in the project. Apple also adds keyframe easing, a way to disconnect clips from the primary storyline, and 23 new transcription languages. Motion gets the same plug-ins plus a Displacement filter.

## Music, images, and documents

Logic Pro’s intelligent assistant is a Mac beta. It needs macOS 27 Golden Gate, an Apple Intelligence Mac, and U.S. English. One prompt can start a song or set up a vocal track. The Browser on Mac tags sounds on device and adds the Splice library. Stem Splitter can separate drums. iPad gets the Liquid Glass redesign, not the assistant.

Pixelmator Pro Generate Fill describes a selection and matches lighting and texture. Super Resolution can upscale the result. Keynote, Pages, and Numbers assistants, in beta, use Apple models and OpenAI on an Apple Intelligence device running iOS 27, iPadOS 27, or macOS 27, in U.S. English. MCP on macOS 27 lets an outside agent read and edit the file. Content Hub video arrives in all three. Freeform’s Pixelmator edit and text-to-shape tools wait until December.

## Availability

The November update is free for current subscribers. New subscribers get one free month, then $12.99 or $129. Education is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year and does not extend to Family Sharing. One-time prices stay Final Cut Pro $299.99, Logic Pro $199.99, and Pixelmator Pro $49.99. MacRumors says those one-time copies get the new features in November. Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Freeform stay free.
