It's the first workflow co-developed with LexisNexis, using its U.S. primary law content and Shepard's® Citations Service. You review ranked dismissal arguments before agents research the approved strategy. Research memos include leading cases, weaknesses and adverse authority, with cases checked through Shepard's. The draft uses forum-specific formatting and cites the complaint for factual assertions and case law for legal propositions. Harvey says it's available to customers with Ask LexisNexis access, and to Harvey customers who subscribe to Lexis+ with Protégé even without that integration.
