# Making Harvey the Orchestration Layer for Legal Work Harvey's Legal Work Orchestration puts a matter's phases, tasks and reviews alongside its documents and agents. Each task carries its scope, inputs and reviewer, so work can [pass to an agent or another]() lawyer with that context attached. Designated reviewers get notified when an agent finishes. Approval completes the task and lets the next step begin. Lawyers can also update tasks by replying to email. Tasks, comments and notifications are rolling out across Harvey workspaces.
