ChatCut has [launched a desktop app](<https://x.com/i/status/2089335855697612968>) where you and an AI agent can edit the same video project. Describe changes in plain English or connect Codex or Claude Code, with edits applied to a fully editable timeline. Editing happens locally.

The app supports talking heads, B-roll, editable motion graphics, and captions with translation. You can save editing skills to reuse across projects and export projects as XML to Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut.
