[ElevenLabs dubbing project language outputs now](<https://elevenlabs.io/docs/changelog/2026/10/19#dubbing>) include a signed URL to WebVTT subtitles: translated lines timed to the source speech.

You'll find it in GET /v1/dubbing/project/{project\_id}/language/{language\_id}. The URL expires one hour after it's issued, so fetch it again from the endpoint when it lapses.
