OpenArt adds 480p drafts before Seedance 2.5 final renders
By Steven Van ·
Test scenes with sound at 480p, then upgrade a selected draft to 1080p while preserving its prompt and settings.
Video ideas can be tested at 480p with Seedance 2.5 Draft on OpenArt, before upgrading a selected draft to 1080p.
Preview before the final render
Drafts support sound, videos up to 30 seconds and optional first and last reference frames. A preview uses fewer credits than a full-resolution generation. Each draft still costs credits, and the selected upgrade is charged separately.
What an upgrade preserves
The final render keeps the draft's prompt, references, length, aspect ratio and sound setting. The scene layout, camera movement and action remain consistent, but small details such as text or textures can change. A different prompt requires a new draft.
See the official model guide for the draft-to-final workflow.
