StreamYard adds separate layouts per aspect ratio

StreamYard lets you create separate portrait and landscape layouts for the same stream. You can resize and reposition your camera, guests, and media independently for each.

The feature is called MARS, short for Multi-Aspect-Ratio Streams, and requires a paid plan.
