Photoshop 27.10: New AI Editing Tools and a Light Adjustment Layer

Photoshop 27.10 adds a Light adjustment layer for changing exposure, contrast, highlights and shadows without permanently altering the original image.

The Firefly-powered AI Assisted editor is in Beta. Prompt to Edit accepts natural-language instructions, while Markup lets you point to changes with visual annotations. Masks and selections can constrain where generative edits apply.

Dynamic Text now reflows and resizes as shapes or paths change, and you can browse and import Adobe Stock assets inside Photoshop. The update is available through the Creative Cloud desktop app.
