Codex 0.162.1

Codex 0.162.1 fixes a terminal crash caused by multiline asynchronous questions, preserving their line breaks and complete hyperlink destinations.

It also fixes startup failures when a running background server's feature settings differ from CLI defaults. Compatibility checks now apply only to explicit command-line feature overrides.
