Give your AI agent a Twitter reader: MCP and tool definitions for Claude, ChatGPT and Codex

Unif API’s X access guide covers connecting Claude, ChatGPT and Codex to public profiles, posts, replies and search through MCP. It also supplies tool definitions for agent loops you run yourself.

The MCP connection uses OAuth, so there’s no key to paste. ChatGPT setup requires Plus, Pro, Team or Enterprise and Developer Mode. Calls are pay as you go with no subscription: each returned record costs 1 credit ($0.001), with a minimum of one credit per call.

From October 17, 2026, the old free /tools/x/ endpoints return HTTP 402 to scripts and agents, with replacement details in the response. The viewer pages remain free in a browser.
